Ahmet Schaefer

Founder & CEO

Ahmet began his professional career with the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) as an associate in the office of the FIFA President. In 2011, Ahmet worked with the global sports media and marketing agency MP & Silva. As Vice President of Acquisitions and Strategic Partnerships, Ahmet led the implementation of the international acquisition strategy and the exploitation of high-level sports rights. In 2015, Ahmet led a significant project by co-creating the AGCFF (Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation), bringing together the eight football federations in the Persian Gulf.

Yannick Flavien

CFO

From the world of banking and finance, Yannick has chosen to switch over ten years to entrepreneurship. By founding the first mortgage brokerage firm in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (Crédit Experts), Yannick established 17 offices in France and Luxemburg, employing over 65 experts. Moreover, Yannick has co-founded a leading French national research network of real estate and corporate loan professionals. Graduated with a master’s degree in banking, Yannick is responsible for the group’s strategic investments and finances. Moreover, he is responsible for legal affairs at Clermont Foot 63 and is the club's chief revenue officer.

Ingo Winter

Managing Director Football

Ingo began his career in 2004 as Scouting Coordinator and Assistant Sporting Director at Hannover 96, holding the position for three years. In 2007 he joined four times champion 1. FC Kaiserslautern as the club’s Chief Scout. He became Head of Recruitment and Match Analysis for FC Carl Zeiss Jena. In August 2010, he signed a contract with Swiss club BSC Young Boys as their global Transfer Manager and Scouting Coordinator. In this position, he was responsible for building a worldwide scouting network and setting up an efficient reporting system. Furthermore, he has been a scouting and transfer consultant for various clubs. In addition to his scouting engagements, Ingo was a freelancer for several German newspapers.

Alexander Schneider

Alex is the sporting director of SC Austria Lustenau and thus is significantly responsible for the conception and development of the strategic direction of the football division. With Ingo Winter, he is responsible for squad planning and transfer activities at SC Austria Lustenau.
Within CSC Holding, Alex is jointly responsible for the strategic sporting direction.

Oliver Zesiger

FC Biel-Bienne 1896

Oliver is the sports coordinator of FC Biel-Bienne and thus is responsible for all sporting matters around the first squad. Moreover, he is a member of the sports commission of FC Biel-Bienne and is therefore responsible for squad planning and transfer activities.
Within CSC Holding, Oliver is responsible for scouting in Switzerland.

Aurélien is the responsible scouting and recruiting coordinator at CSC and the alliance clubs CF63, SCAL, and FCBB. He is also the gatekeeper for all agent matters.
